FAVA BEANS
They belong to the family of fabaceae (Vicia Fava L.).
They have vitamins and minerals, and they are also composed by antioxidants. The nutritional value of beans is different if they are fresh or dry. The dry beans have greater quantity of carbohydrates and proteins, so that their energetic value is high.
Once harvested, it is disinfected and calibrated for exportation.
The process is made under an appropriate quality and sanitation control.
