MUNG BEANS

It belongs to the species Vigna Radiata (L) Wilczek.
It is a green-colored round bean. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates and minerals. It is produced in the northern coast and tall tropical forest of Peru.

Once harvested, it is disinfected and calibrated for exportation.

The process is made under an appropriate quality and sanitation control.
