JUMBO LIMA BEANS

It belongs to the species Phaseolus Lunatus L. It is a creamy-white colored good size bean, kidney-shaped, smooth texture and pleasant flavor. Rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fibers, minerals and vitamins.  It is produced in the northern and southern coast of Peru.

Once harvested, it is disinfected and calibrated for exportation.

The process is made under an appropriate quality and sanitation control.
