DRY PIGEON PEAS

It is a leguminous plant belonging to the species Cajanus Cajan, and represents a rich source of proteins and carbohydrates. It also has lot of complex B vitamins such as niacin, riboflavin, folic acid and thiamine; it also provides iron, copper, zinc, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium and calcium and presents a high content of fiber.

Once harvested, it is disinfected and calibrated for exportation.

The process is made under an appropriate quality and sanitation control.
