PAPRIKA

It belongs to the species Capsicum Annum.  It is an intense red to orange-red colored pepper, pleasant sweet and not spicy flavor.
Natural colourings useful for giving color and flavor to sauces, snacks and meat products.

It is also used in pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics and others. It has a high content of vitamins C and A and lycopene that are important for the appropriate absorption of iron, calcium and other aminoacids.
