WHOLE VAL BEANS

It belongs to the species Lablab Purpureus (L) Sweet.
It is a creamy white-colored ellipsoidal-shaped bean, smooth texture and pleasant flavor.  

Rich in proteins, carbohydrates and minerals.

It is produced in the northern coast of Peru.

Once harvested, it is disinfected and calibrated for exportation.

The process is made under an appropriate quality and sanitation control.
